UAP Metro Chapter Bags Badminton Tournament Championship

The UAP Manila Metro Chapter won the championship in the recently-completed “Architects Luv to do BAD 4 . . . a Cause,” a badminton tournament hosted by the UAP Parañaque-Palanyag Chapter. UAP Bulacan Chapter landed in second place, while UAP District A-3, composed of players from QC Central, QC Capitol & QC Tandang Sora chapters finished third. Manila Corinthian Chapter was given the Sportsmanship award.

Metro chapter was represented by Architects Haydyn Hernandez, Joenel Kho, Richard Tan, Noel and Gg Dianzon, Jeff Yao, Albert Reyes and Ms. Natalie Sy of Matimco; Bulacan chapter was composed of Architects Sonny Soriano, Teboh Ramirez, Ardel Santos, Tony del Rosario, Tony Rodriguez, Pete Martin, Leo Dave and Rene Vergel, while District A-3 players were Architects Dondon and Mich de Guzman, Abe Ng-Sinco, Alex Co, Jason Jamias, Melvin Pagdato, Joseph Gaytano and Allan dela Peña.

Beneficiary of the tournament, held on September 22 at the Olivarez Sports Complex in Parañaque is Gawad Kalinga.
