Ronen
Joseph
Ronen Joseph runs his private design studio in Milan, Italy, where
archetypes of furniture, household items and wrist watches have been
created for many renowned companies, such as Montblanc, Alive, Virgin
Active, etc. His latest creation "Imagine", American Standard's
new range of bathroom products, was inspired under conceptual idea
that aimed to capture the high-technology advances - at once the trendy
and aesthetic aspects of the products. Ronen Joseph designed this
new collection by creating a dynamic relationship between basic
forms as two trapezes in a three dimensional space adding volume
by mixing straight lines and radiuses. He also created a synergy
between three major factors: technology, design and fashion.
The result is a suite that combines latest innovation and trend
to create the perfect harmony between beauty and function. Proportion
and volume are designed for maximum comfort and elegance. |

David
Chipperfield
Characterized by his building of careful, almost sculptural simplicity,
David Chipperfield has established himself as one of the world's most
accomplished architects. The extent of his designs range in scale
from furniture commissions to urban planning projects. Many of these
projects have been widely published and exhibited, and continue to
cement David Chipperfield's place at the forefront of contemporary
architectural design. American Standard has a long tradition of
working with leading nternational designers to bring the best contemporary
design to bathroom products. The company felt that Chipperfield's
approach, concentrating on simple forms, was a perfect match with
the needs of its customers. David Chipperfield has again found the
perfect interlocution between objects, design and function. Geometrical
forms inspire the White vessel collections.
